First Cut Exhibition - Paper Dresses

Today i went to visit the paper dress collection at Manchester's Platt Hall Costume Gallery. I really found these quite spectacular. The dresses were created beautifully and it just makes me think about all kinds of questions like how were they constructed so precise, detailed and how were they taken off the mannequin once complete? I have noted down the names of the makers and i intend to further research this as it is possible i would like to maybe consider this method and display a paper dress of my own design for my final show.
