As part of the Profession Development module i need to re-create a name logo and business pack to support my final work in which these can be used to hand out when applying for a job, or whilst taking part in exhibitions such as New Designers these can be given to the visitors of the shows.

I have been researching Artist/Designers and looking at their logo's on their business cards and websites to get inspiration and ideas of layouts that i like and would consider to use when constructing my own.

One that i loved was Spellbound By Design. Here is an example,

I really liked the font style of the delicate curly Spellbound and then mixed with a more contempory style of By Design in the bounded box and text looking like it is cut out. My work is of a delicate style and this is now the opportunity i have on a small business card to try and show that.

Here i am trying to create a layout for my name and the surrounding area of the card. I hand drew my own name in the style of Spellbound. I am still currently working on My surname on the computer.

 

 

 

This is a design that i have completed to look as the business card on one side will look but it is still missing my surname.

 

I am going to contine trying some different styles and ideas to ensure i completly satisfied with one i select.
